Meet Meghan! Meghan is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor in Public Communications/Human Relations, with a Minor in Broadcasting. Shortly after college Meghan began a career in television/advertising at the National Broadcasting Company (NBC) in New York. She enjoyed her role as an NBC Page and an Assistant Editor in the Advertising Standards Department. Working on NBC's live shows and editing commercials for NBC is where her passion for the advertising industry blossomed. Meghan decided to further pursue her career in advertising closer to home, at Leo Burnett, USA in Chicago. She served as a Commercial Clearance Manager in the Advertising Law Department, where she reviewed and approved every type of advertising (TV, Radio, Print, Digital, OOH, Direct etc...). Her clients included McDonalds, Hallmark, Procter Gamble, Phillip Morris, and Kellogg's North America Company to name a few. Meghan currently lives in St. Charles, IL, where she continues to pursue her passion in advertising as a Social Media Specialist for local small businesses and personal brands. She looks forward with excitement to serve you and your business in the Social Media realm!
Bridget Nolan
Social Media Manager & Director of Coaching
Meet Bridget! Bridget is a former elementary school teacher, graduating from Drake University, along with a Masters and Reading Specialist Certification from Olivet Nazarene University. She went on to teach in the surrounding Chicago suburbs for over ten years, teaching 5th and 6th grade, as well as a reading specialist and interventionist for grades K-5. It is Bridget’s teaching background that makes her a unique asset to SSM! Both classroom and social media management require content creation, creativity, management skills, communication, coaching, and more! After moving to the St. Charles area and falling in love with her new community, Bridget wanted to use her teaching skill set to help support the amazing small businesses in her area. Since 2019, Bridget has been working as a contracted social media manager, copy editor, and freelance writer/blogger. In her freetime, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog! Bridget is excited to be a part of the SSM team, and looks forward to collaborating with you to help tell your story!
Dina Green
Social Media Manager & Coach
Meet Dina! Dina is a former middle school math teacher, graduating from DePaul university. She taught in the Chicago suburbs for 10 years before retiring to stay at home with her three children. After 5 years of stay at home mom life, she recently worked as a social media manager for a large local community website where she honed her social media and marketing skills before joining the Sunshine Team!
In her free time Dina enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, cats, and a good iced coffee!
